April Showers are bringing April Flowers

After work tonight we took a trip across town to some of the LDS Church's Historic Sites in Missouri. We went to Liberty Jail and also to the Visitor's Center in Independence. As with most LDS Church Sites the grounds were beautifully landscaped and the flowers were in full-bloom. Here are a couple shots.

After the tour at Independence, we were invited to join the missionaries in singing hymns and in their nightly prayer. What a great experience. If you ever go to the visitor's center you should lolly-gag and be there when they close and you too could be invited to join.
