Last night, while visiting with family, Brother Chris received a phone call from Brother Mike. Mike informed Chris that there were two bull moose in the area. After calling Mike a filthy liar, we thought maybe we would put his words to the test.
We drove out to meet Mike and sure enough, laying in the field were two bull moose. It has been a few years since I last saw a Moose and I tell you, they are for certain a sight to behold. They are such huge creatures. We watched them scale a fence without even a hop. I managed to grab this picture, with my phone. Yes, we really were that close to them. What an amazing sight!

Great picture! Nathan and Lily (our lab) were our hiking a few weeks ago. Did you see that picture on fb? I am so glad Lily didn't take off after that thing! They are regal looking though don't you think? Beautiful animals!
