SHOES!!!!!

Friday morning about 10:00 a.m. I was sitting on a bench at the Provo Towne Centre. We were waiting to catch back up with everyone, before we headed to our next destination. I had no desire at all to continue on with our shapping. My feet were completely killing me. To quote John Candy from; Planes, Trains & Automobiles. My dogs were really barking. Friday night, before I left to go shopping I took my time to pick out the right pair of shoes. They were light, they were comfortable and I assumed they would be perfect. Unfortunately, they also offered no foot support at all for my feet.

I was only 12 hours into my shopping; but the waiting in lines on the hard surfaces had taken their toll on my feet. I was on the verge of giving up. That was until I realized that I was sitting just a few feet away from Foot Locker. As my mom and the girls decided to walk into Bath & Body Works, I took the opportunity to check out the selection at Foot Locker.

Walking into the store I looked around to see which shoes I needed. One associate walked up to me and asked what I was needing. I told her I needed some shoes that were good for walking. She pointed to the opposite wall and told me they were over there. I walked over and really had no idea what I needed. After a few moments another associate asked if I was the person that needed walking shoes. I told her that I had been out shopping for 12 hours and my feet were killing me. I asked her if they had a good comfortable shoe she could recommend?

She pointed to a couple different shoes but then Mike pointed out to me the Reebock Reflex. I tried them on as well as another pair of shoes. They were light, comfortable and molded to my feet. I walked around in them and decided they were just what I needed. I told the associate that I found what I was looking for and that I was wearing them out of the store. Nearly instantly my feet stopped aching. I continued shopping the rest of the day and my feet didn't hurt again! I highly recommend these shoes. If you are planning a trip where you will be doing quite a bit of walking? Get these shoes! They are great for a long day of shopping! They are extremely comfortable and I am seriously thinking about buying me another pair to have once I wear these out! I noticed they have 3 different colors; Black & Black, Black & Red, as well as the Black & Blue in the picture above. If you are in the market for a new pair of shoes these are the ones you will want. Trust me on this one, you won't be disappointed.

Next trip to Disneyland I will keep this in mind. By the last day our feet area always on fire and just getting out of bed is a painful experience!

Shoes are the most important part of your daily wardrobe. When I started running a few years back I found out that if I didn't have a good pair of shoes I was sorry. This is not just the case for running. It is for walking, sittting or laying around. If your feet are not happy, you are miserable. They most be supportive and have the right kind of arch support and cushion for your type of foot. I'm glad you found some that work so well. I always like to hear recommendations from people I know. I'll have to check them out. And before I forget - Merry Christmas!
