Recently, I made a huge mistake and discovered that "The Red Barn" in Santaquin makes some incredible ice cream. Usually, I stick with an ice cream that has caramel in it. But, I decided to branch out and try some of the different kinds. Well, I have found two flavors that are wonderful. Blackberry Cream and Pomegranate are my favorites. I even told some family members that the pomegranate is my all-time ice cream flavor. If any of you get near Santaquin and you see the Big Red Barn, step inside and grab you some ice cream. If these don't sound like your flavors they have about 20 others to choose from.

A mid-day treat
