First and foremost, I have to say it seems a little strange that earlier today I posted a picture of my phone, taken by my camera and now I am posting a picture of my camera taken on my phone.
This might seem a little strange, giving thanks for an inanimate object. But this little camera has brought me a great deal of joy and excitement. I have found, no that isn't really correct. I have regained a passion that I once had. Ever since I was a young boy, I have loved to take pictures. I attribute this desire to be an amateur photographer to my Aunt K. Many of my early memories were posing for K. She always had all her camera out during family functions, she took the best pictures and captured all the moments perfectly! (Still does) For some reason, during my college and early career years my photography passion faded some. Now it is back and stronger than ever. This camera has made me see the world through a whole new angle. I look for the beauty in everything, I wonder what would make a great picture and above all, I love to capture the memories.

First) Canons are excellent cameras, even after you drop them. HAHA...yeah I did that to my canon. Second) Photography is such a wonderful escape and therapeutic way to step back from reality for a minute, put a "new lens" on and see the world from a different perspective. I'm so glad that you were able to find your passion for photography again!
If a double post shows up I am sorry....when I post from my phone it just doesnt seem to come across.
I am very thankful that my camera captures all my moments for lifetime memories. I have my camera out as often as possible for that reason. Great post!
I also love your pictures, you are very good at it!
You know my camera is on my gratitude list too - it's changed the way I see the world.
