I make certain the folds are crisp, the lines are sharp and there must always, always be some kind of bow. I am not just talking a pre-made out of the bag bow, but a real bow that must be tied. A few years ago, someone mentioned to me: "You know, no one cares what the wrapping looks like." Which almost proves my point. Apparently they at least noticed. I think for me taking the time to make certain the present is wrapped-just-so, I hope they know I care about them, or I wouldn't make the effort. But then again, when I receive a present I don't care what it looks like, it humbles me that someone even took the time to think about me. So maybe it doesn't matter if the present is hastily wrapped, perfectly wrapped, gift bagged, or even Wal-Mart Bagged, all gifts are perfectly wrapped, because they come from someone that cares enough to think about you. Today I am grateful for all perfectly wrapped gifts, no matter how they are wrapped.

You pictured gift is wrapped beautifully. I think there is something of a gift in the wrapping too, but I agree just the fact that someone thought of me to give a gift is a wonderful feeling.
